$5 SHIPPING Our shipping methods are timely, inexpensive, and easy on the earth. After your purchase, you can expect your package within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders are charged a low $5.00 flat shipping rate and ship via USPS Priority mail or Fed Ex.
If you have a special shipping request for your order, please email us at customerservice@btcelements.com and we will try to accommodate you. Some additional shipping charges may apply. At this time we are unable to deliver to international addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to love the items you buy from BTC Elements. If you are unsatisfied or would like a size exchange, please return your unused and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Simply repack your items in their original packaging including the packing slip and send it to the address below using a trackable and insured shipping method. BTC Elements is not responsible for items we don't receive.

When we receive your package we will promptly process the return or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your account to be credited.
ABOUT OUR PACKAGING BTC Elements is mindful of the impact shipping has on the environment. We use the smallest amount of packaging possible to deliver your items safely. Our shipping containers are either reused boxes from local businesses or Cradle-to-Cradle certified USPS boxes. Clothing items and small gifts are packaged inside colorful patterned merchandise bags made out of leftover blotter paper from the fabric printing industry. We can't promise that the paper bag patterns will be pretty, but it's a great way to use a resource that would otherwise be considered waste!
Above all, we try to keep our ecological footprint small and keep unnecessary packaging out of the waste stream.
