Aya is a designer based out of San Francisco, but originally from the Kyoto region, the ancient cultural and spiritual center of Japan. She is drawn by the wide-open opportunities to fuse Japanese design aesthetic with the casual, chic California multicultural sensibility. Her designs were born out of the desire to bring together the best and most unique elements of the old and new, innovation and tradition, East and West, form and function. |
